Job Description
Simply BPO is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team at 1st Floor, Save Mart (Bahria Phase 2), Rawalpindi. This full-time role offers PKR 50,00–150,00 per month. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records, follow up on issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-focused service.
