Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Fundraising Manager to lead donor strategy, cultivate relationships, and diversify revenue streams to support our mission. The role includes designing integrated campaigns, managing grants and events, stewarding major donors, and analyzing fundraising performance to meet organizational goals.
- Key responsibilities: strategy development, campaign execution, grant and event management, donor cultivation, and performance reporting.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising, strong communication and project management skills, and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce). Passion for the mission, proven donor stewardship, and a demonstrated record of meeting targets are required.
