Job Description
Compass Training and Consultancy seeks an experienced Customer Support Representative to work on-site at Arfa Karim Towers (2:00 PM–11:00 PM). Compensation: up to Rs 200,00/month.
- Provide multi-channel support (live chat, phone, email) for orders, returns, and product inquiries.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups, log interactions in CRM, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Maintain high attention to detail and proactively deliver a 5-star customer experience.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 4 years e-commerce customer service with international (UK/US) clients, fluent written and spoken English, and strong computer/multi-channel skills.
