Job Description
WBM Technologies seeks a full-time Motor Winding Technician based in Lahore. Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday. Salary: PKR 40,00–50,00. Candidates should possess technical training or equivalent experience in motor winding and industrial motor repair.
- Responsible for diagnosing faults, rewinding single- and three-phase motors, and disassembling and inspecting windings.
- Replace coils, bearings, and insulation; perform motor testing; maintain tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards while documenting work.
- Required skills: copper winding, insulation and testing methods, wiring diagram interpretation, strong troubleshooting, and effective communication.
