Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD seeks a full-time on-site Hospitality Shift Leader (Front of House) to oversee front desk operations at our Gulberg 3 location. Responsibilities include supervising check-ins/outs and reservations, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining lobby standards, training front desk staff, preparing shift reports and handovers, and operating Oracle Opera Cloud.
- Requirements: 2–3 years in front office or guest services; strong communication and leadership; familiarity with hospitality systems; presentable, customer-focused demeanor; ability to perform under pressure.
- Full-time, on-site role.
