Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and reliable HR Executive to oversee core human resources functions during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be committed to efficient processes, compliance, and supporting night-shift personnel.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection for night-shift vacancies
• Conduct interviews and manage onboarding for new employees
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Respond to and resolve employee inquiries arising during night hours

Employment Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
