Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead financial operations for our Home Health Care services. The role requires ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Prepare and oversee monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Manage budgeting and cash flow; implement controls to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to improve financial processes and support growth.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, strong analytical skills, proven financial management experience, and proficiency with financial software.
