The successful candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage client interactions both in person and over the phone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet clients upon arrival.
- Oversee front desk operations efficiently.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
