Job Description
Dekalb Trade Voice is actively seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing open positions, maintaining our recruitment tracker, creating and updating job descriptions, designing engaging job posters for social media, and posting vacancies across various recruitment platforms.
Your responsibilities will include screening candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating final interviews with management, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
This position is available as full-time, internship, or entry-level opportunities with a contract duration of six months. Compensation ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month, and this is an in-person role.
