Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Adopt a sales-driven approach to interactions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, prior experience in customer support or telesales is preferred, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Candidates must be under 30 years of age.
