Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PST)

Forsee Logistics is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to oversee vehicle operations. This role involves ensuring prompt pickups and deliveries while fostering effective communication between clients and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with drivers and clients.
– Utilize tracking software to monitor driver activity.
– Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Proficiency in English is essential.
– Prior experience in a call center or sales environment is a plus.
