Job Description
Barq Dev is looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to strengthen our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee employee documentation, spearhead engagement initiatives, and ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and recruitment tools
- Experience in policy and contract drafting
- Capability in attendance and leave management
- Assistance in onboarding and offboarding processes
- HR operations reporting skills
- Knowledge of compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Ability to collaborate with Admin and IT departments
Location: College Road, Township (10 AM – 7 PM, Mon – Fri)
