Job Description
Gourmet Foods is looking for a committed Shift Supervisor to lead our RPET production lines. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, achieving production goals, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols. Your duties will include monitoring process parameters, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing staffing responsibilities, conducting in-process inspections, and maintaining detailed reports.
The ideal candidate will possess a DAE or B. Tech degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering, along with 5-6 years of relevant experience in PET recycling or polymer production. We seek a professional who is dedicated to continuous improvement and prioritizes safe work practices.
