Streamline Group is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to manage daily HR operations, providing essential support for staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes and conduct interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and address employee inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards in HR practices.
- Coordinate and manage performance reviews.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills.
