Job Description
BFL Consultants Pvt Limited is looking for a passionate Front Desk Manager to lead our reception team. In this role, you will supervise front desk operations, warmly welcome clients, manage communications, maintain client records, and train staff to uphold outstanding customer service standards.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, possess proven experience in front office management, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00. The role requires in-person attendance.
