Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries and building strong relationships to ensure exceptional service. You will also monitor and resolve service-related issues, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will possess A Levels/Intermediate or equivalent qualifications, outstanding English communication skills, and a neutral or American accent. We are seeking proactive team players with strong analytical abilities and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
