Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Lead Operations to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role requires an accomplished leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and optimizing efficiency within our international call center. Ideal candidates should possess strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
