Highfy, the leading beauty eCommerce platform in Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to enhance our team! In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers via chat support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot problems and offer effective solutions.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Assist customers with order placements and modifications.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for accurate customer support.
This position is located in Clifton Block 8, Karachi, and offers a full-time commitment with a competitive starting salary of Rs45,00 per month.
