Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is actively seeking a motivated and skilled HR Officer to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for multi-tasking in a fast-paced workplace. Proficiency in conflict resolution and decision-making is crucial to ensure employee adherence to policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions and oversee the recruitment process.
- Facilitate orientation and training for new and current employees.
- Evaluate employee performance and satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits efficiently.
- Keep precise employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
