Job Description
Madina Cash and Carry is currently seeking a committed Store Manager to lead our daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure effective workflow and operational efficiency by overseeing, training, and evaluating our store staff to achieve sales and operational objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing timely restocking to prevent shortages, and conducting regular stock audits while maintaining accurate documentation.
Furthermore, you will oversee product displays and store layout, address customer inquiries, and contribute to reaching sales targets based on daily performance reports.
