Job Description

Atif Brothers is looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Officer. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting and welcoming them. Your key duties will include managing the check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, and collaborating with the housekeeping team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Additionally, you will answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure that the lobby area is clean and organized at all times.
