Job Description
Logistics Vel is on the lookout for a courteous and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring a tidy and organized reception area. Key responsibilities include managing meeting room reservations, overseeing mail and delivery logistics, and providing clerical support to the HR and Administrative departments.
Additional responsibilities encompass managing office supplies, collaborating with housekeeping and security personnel, and aiding in event coordination and internal communications. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month. Please note that this role requires in-person attendance.
