Job Description
E-Lite Vape and Cigarette is looking for a dedicated and talented HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi, located in DHA Phase 6 Rahat Commercial. This role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle—from job postings to onboarding. The ideal candidate will leverage social media for talent acquisition and oversee HR operations, including payroll and attendance management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full recruitment cycle, including job postings and onboarding.
- Source talent through social media platforms.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll and attendance tracking.
Qualifications:
- B.Com or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
