Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to become a vital part of our growing Software House, specifically supporting our Design and Marketing departments. The successful candidate will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR representative for teams, facilitate onboarding and performance management, supervise payroll and benefits administration, and promote a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of HR experience, familiarity with the Software House industry, strong skills in payroll and attendance management, and exceptional communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
