Job Description
Codedile Solutions is seeking a dedicated Courier Tracking Officer to enhance our logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for monitoring all shipments and liaising with various courier companies, including Leopard, Trax, M&P, and PostEx. Your responsibilities will involve addressing delivery issues through phone or WhatsApp, providing timely updates to customers regarding their shipment statuses, and ensuring efficient and punctual deliveries.
