Job Description
Haptic Outsource Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling all incoming calls, accurately processing taxi bookings, and efficiently resolving a variety of customer inquiries. Your contribution is essential to providing a seamless, reliable, and positive experience for passengers throughout the UK.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs250.00 – Rs350.00 per hour
Expected hours: Up to 72 hours per week
