Job Description
Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift: Afternoon (12 PM – 1 PM start, 9-hour shift)
PlanLab Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our international clients. In this role, you will engage with customers via chat, email, and phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through calls, live chat, and email.
- Effectively resolve issues related to products, accounts, and orders.
- Maintain thorough documentation of interactions utilizing CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to uphold service quality.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience with CRM tools is an asset.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
