Walee Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated Junior Customer Support Associate to enhance our growing team in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist customers with loan eligibility and application questions.
- Refer complex issues to senior team members.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Accurately log customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates or up to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Proficient with technology and well-organized.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
