Job Description
A.T.S Synthetic Pvt Ltd is in search of a skilled and committed Production Incharge. The successful candidate will possess a degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Polymer and have 5-7 years of relevant experience in the plastic industry. Your primary responsibilities include managing and enhancing production processes, diagnosing and resolving issues, and ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with the operations, quality, and maintenance teams, generate production reports, and uphold stringent hygiene standards. A thorough understanding of the plastic industry, along with hands-on experience in PVC and HDPE extrusion, is crucial for this role.
