Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telemarketing Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will assist customers by providing product information and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-ups.
- Professionally manage inbound calls.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive product information.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Achieve set call targets consistently.
Requirements: A high school diploma is required; prior experience is advantageous; exceptional communication skills are a must.
