Job Description
Sensible BPO is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship presents a fantastic opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within a fast-paced BPO environment.
As an HR Intern, you will collaborate closely with HR executives to source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the hiring process, supporting onboarding efforts, and participating in employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Previous internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
