Job Description
J7 Emporium Islamabad is currently seeking a qualified Assistant Manager for Customer Care. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the recovery, sales, and operations teams to enhance customer experiences and contribute to business growth.
Your responsibilities will include resolving client issues, providing support to team members, and implementing innovative solutions to boost customer engagement. To qualify, candidates should have experience with CRM software, a Bachelor’s degree, and 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the real estate sector.
Location: J7 Emporium, B-17 Multi Gardens Islamabad. Note: Female candidates are preferred.
