Job Description
AK Graphic is actively searching for enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents to join our night shift team in Gulberg II, Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, and assisting customers with a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls and inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
- Deliver accurate information about our products and services
- Maintain and update customer records in our database
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements:
- 2-3 months of experience preferred (Freshers welcome)
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
