Job Description
Machineintelligence6 is seeking a highly motivated Accounts & Admin Officer to oversee financial and office administration responsibilities. The primary duties of this role include recording daily transactions, managing payments, invoices, and reconciliations, as well as maintaining financial records and assisting in report preparation. Additionally, the officer will organize office files, manage supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and travel arrangements. The role also includes providing administrative support for management meetings.
