Job Description

In this critical role, you will craft human resources strategies, lead recruitment efforts, and foster positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include managing compensation structures, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of HR experience within the beverages industry, along with an MBA or BBA in Human Resources. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle, ERP, or SAP is essential.
