Job Description
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)
Delta Gulf LLC is actively looking for a skilled MEP Estimator to join our team for US-based construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimation abilities and be prepared to mentor junior estimators under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review construction drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and develop cost estimates.
- Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with project managers.
- Lead and mentor junior estimators.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of MEP estimation experience, and excellent analytical skills.
