Job Description
Virtoxed is currently looking for a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee and support children during our data entry project. This position requires exceptional management skills, patience, and the ability to foster discipline while offering assistance to young participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and supervise children as they complete their tasks.
- Assist children in overcoming any challenges they may encounter.
- Monitor children to ensure they remain focused.
- Enforce discipline and create a positive working atmosphere.
- Provide daily performance updates to management.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management competencies.
- Ability to interact with children using patience and authority.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
