Job Description
Tekboox, a leading IT company based in the United States, is seeking motivated Fresher/MTO Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team.
Key Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates (Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree) with strong English communication skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Preferred candidates will have a D. Pharmacy or medical background
Work Schedule & Location:
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Onsite)
Location: Phase 3, DHA Y Block, Lahore
