Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and posting job openings across various platforms, promoting these opportunities through targeted recruitment campaigns, and reviewing resumes and job applications.
Key duties include conducting phone and video interviews, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing relevant interview questions. Additionally, you will assist in assessments, collect interview feedback, and maintain comprehensive records of recruitment metrics.
