Job Description
NKU Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and confident Virtual Assistant Projects Lead to manage bidding and client acquisition on Upwork. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and will thrive in client interactions.
Key responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting client calls, managing research and scheduling tasks, mentoring team members, and ensuring professional communication with clients.
Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, strong communication abilities, and a background in administrative roles. Previous leadership experience with a small team is preferred.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary beginning at Rs90,00.00 per month.
