Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing reconciliations for all ledgers, including bank reconciliation statements (BRS), and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory records. You will maintain optimal inventory levels to satisfy demand and post all business transactions in our ERP system. Additionally, you will review and process vendor invoices for accuracy, while effectively communicating with vendors to resolve any inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.
