Job Description

The Falaknaz Group is on the lookout for a motivated HR Executive to lead our recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and boost overall workforce performance. The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing recruitment processes, resolving conflicts, implementing performance reviews, and managing compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 2 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a managerial capacity.

This is a full-time, on-site position, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
