Job Description
AGILE HR is on the lookout for a dynamic Territory Manager to enhance our distribution networks within the FMCG Food & Beverages sector. The successful candidate will implement effective sales strategies, mentor the sales team, and conduct market visits to ensure optimal product availability and assess competitor activities.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree (MBA preferred), 4–6 years of experience in the FMCG industry, and candidates should be between 25 and 35 years old. Essential skills involve strong communication, analytical abilities, and expertise in distribution management. Candidates must possess their own transportation.
Compensation ranges from Rs85,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
The position is based in Mandi Bahauddin, requires full-time commitment, and regular travel.
