Job Description

Phoenix Travel Management Pvt Ltd, a growing travel management company located in Islamabad, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, maintaining a well-organized front desk, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally greet and assist visitors
  • Handle incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Keep the front desk area organized and presentable
  • Provide support for administrative duties as needed

Requirements: A minimum of 6 months of experience, proficiency in English and Urdu, and basic computer skills are essential.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time / In-person
