Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Calling Agent to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and supporting sales or collections efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries effectively.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve call targets consistently.
Requirements: A high school diploma is required (a bachelor’s degree is preferred), prior telecalling experience is advantageous, along with strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
