Job Description
ClearPath Orthodontics is looking for a dedicated Patient Care & Lead Coordinator for our Lahore location. In this vital role, you will assist the front desk in managing patient flow, converting inquiries into appointments, and maintaining an organized lead tracker.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with front desk operations, manage lead communications, send appointment reminders, coordinate with the clinical team, and provide reception support during busy periods.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with experience in customer service or healthcare. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in both English and Urdu are essential.
Location: Johar Town, Lahore | Salary: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
