Job Description
Joyland Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and a minimum qualification of Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs45,00 per month
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (6 days a week)
Location: Lahore
The successful applicant will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing complaints, maintaining records, and assisting with on-site registrations. Strong communication skills and a dedication to customer service are essential.
