Mindzeye Inc. is seeking a dedicated Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. We are looking for someone who excels in customer engagement and possesses exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients
- Address inbound inquiries promptly
- Promote our products and services effectively
- Maintain accurate logs of interactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of telecalling experience, strong communication skills, the ability to close sales, and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
