Job Description
MGA Industries Pvt Ltd is actively looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee operations in our sheet metal and automotive manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in production management and will report directly to the Night Shift Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production activities during the night shift
- Ensure all production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Monitor employee attendance and enforce disciplinary measures
- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams
- Uphold safety and efficiency standards
- Prepare comprehensive end-of-shift reports
Compensation: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month | Type: Full-time
