Job Description
3 & Four Technologies is on the lookout for a driven Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our daily HR operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee job postings, schedule interviews, and manage communications with candidates.
- Facilitate new-hire orientation and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Support benefits enrollment and input payroll information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
